What I’m Currently Reading
The truth is… I love BOOKS… and journals.

At any given time I’ll be reading like 4 books. I’m not always in the right state of mind for certain types of books so I have several started all the time.
Right now, I’m more than halfway through Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmer and it’s brilliant.
I just started The Betty Body by Dr. Stephanie Estima after watching an interview that my beautiful friend Debbie did with her. It’s the science meets the energy of what I’ve been working with on my body for a while and I’m super geeked out over it.
I always have my hands in something about houseplants, the latest copy of the Magnolia Journal, and currently have a romance novel next to the bed that I’ve read about 10+ times over the past 15 years.
I don’t read as much as I want to. Most days it’s just a page or two but it’s always on the goal list to read more and when I do, everything is always better.

Thank you for reading along. At my core, I’m a creator first. These pages are filled with my stories, my experiences, and my heart. My hope is that you can walk away from each post feeling better and with things you can implement right away. I appreciate you being here.

Be Grateful for Your Health
If you’re healthy, please be grateful for that. If you feel well, and physically capable most days, or all days, PLEASE be grateful for that.
Consistency Pays Off
It’s been a long long long journey of hard things, all of which I’ve handled like a champ but it’s different than feeling powerful and capable in your own flesh and bones again.
THE HIGHEST HIGHS…AND THE LOWEST LOWS
I’ve said this in conversations several times over the past week or so when coming across busy business owners who are trying to also manage life and feeling a little crazy along the way.
