If you want to claim you’re building it with no help, yet behind closed doors you’ve hired help…
But you’re cutting yourself short of really reaching the success you want before you even get started. You’re not fully utilizing the help you’ve hired because you don’t want anyone to know. You want them to think you’ve got it all figured out.

Trying to please “them” is your ego at work.

Your ego will hold you back.
Your ego will make you a liar without you even realizing it.

The most successful men and women in the game hire help, pay coaches, have mentors.

This is nothing to ashamed of, it’s actually something to be proud of because it speaks volumes of your commitment to being your best self.

Everyone needs a sounding board.
Everyone can benefit from someone who will be both a cheerleader and a slap of reality all at the same time.

Hiring that person is the first step.
Actually acknowledging that you need them, versus hiding it is the next.

I know that sounds ass backwards, well.. because it is but that’s what a lot of people do.

They recognize that they need help, they hire the help, but then they hide it and pretend like they’ve got it all figured out instead of just being real.

That’s your ego at work. And that ego will hold you back every time.

Just something to think about 🙂
