I will never forget this moment… as silly as it sounds, I gave this pic a double take after I took it and remember thinking to myself “whose body is that?!” I was so fucking proud. I’d worn that dress so many times, it is one of my “go tos” but it didn’t used to fit like that.

It had been a few months since the last time I had pulled it out of the closet and it was a pleasant surprise to see the how it showcased the changes in my body I had been working so hard to build.

These curves are built from eating a high calorie, high fat, CLEAN diet. I eat a lot of meat, a lot of veggies, a lot of butter, a lot of avocados, basically a lot of YUMMY yet healthy food.

These curves are built from lifting heavy shit. 3 days a week. Focusing on form and strength.

These curves are built by taking rest and recovery seriously. Sleeping at least 8 hours a night, taking my supplements and vitamins, countless epsom salt baths and at least 2 rest days each week.

We all have our goals. And I’m watching mine grow and grow and grow and I couldn’t be happier about it 😊🍑💪 No, it’s not easy… not even a little bit but it IS worth it!
