You know what I don’t have space for in my life?
The rules about how I’m supposed to show up here in order for you to actually HEAR a damn thing that I’m saying.
The rules about the way business should be ran.
The rules about how marketing is “supposed” to work.
The rules about how I should look or act or speak.
The rules that treat this business I have made like it’s not real.
The rules that say I work too much.
Or that I don’t work enough.
The rules that tell me I should do it this way… or this way…. Or that way.
The rules that make any fucking man reading anything I post or write feel entitled enough to just simply comment something about my appearance and not HEAR a thing I say.
The rules that tell me that is just the way it is.
The rules that make us scared to put ourselves first.
The rules that say you can’t have life the way you want it.
The rules that told YOU that the way I have built my life and business (and those are so many of my clients) isn’t possible or real or something that YOU can actually create, live, and have.
Those rules, along with any other ones that I didn’t make for myself are things I don’t have damn space for in my life.
What about you?
Are you ready to stop allowing outside shit to dictate the way you do life?
The way you run your business?
The way your relationship is?
The way your body looks and feels?
The way you deal with stress or anxiety or growth?
The way you connect?
The way you build?
Because if you’re done with that, we should probably talk. Interesting in working with me? Click the banner below now to fill out my coaching application!

Be Grateful for Your Health
If you’re healthy, please be grateful for that. If you feel well, and physically capable most days, or all days, PLEASE be grateful for that.
Consistency Pays Off
It’s been a long long long journey of hard things, all of which I’ve handled like a champ but it’s different than feeling powerful and capable in your own flesh and bones again.
THE HIGHEST HIGHS…AND THE LOWEST LOWS
I’ve said this in conversations several times over the past week or so when coming across busy business owners who are trying to also manage life and feeling a little crazy along the way.
