Seasonal Preparation
I know what it’s like to want to maximize the impact you’re making with your business, the impact on your bottom line, on money in your pocket, on the lives of your employees, and the people who you serve (your customers, clients, community).
Having spent over 15 years working in the management of small businesses, I also know a thing or two about the need to maximize your impact ON A BUDGET.
Over the years I was put in front of this job of promoting, specials, opportunities for community involvement, raising money for a charity, using our resources and expertise to increase our customer care and in turn, our customer count.
I had to get creative. And IT WORKED.
As we approach a new season and a set of holidays I know that every big book tells you that you should have started planning for this season months ago…. and I also know that in the midst of running a small business and managing every little piece it doesn’t always work out that way. Sometimes you’re standing at the beginning of November wondering if there is even a point to trying to plan something now.
I get it. And in my experience, there is still a point. It is still possible to do something to celebrate the holidays you’d like to, get your employees motivated, excited, and feeling well taken care of during this time AND positively impact your profits while making happy customers too.
It’s possible.
I know this, because I’ve done it.
There is no reason you need to step into a change in the season and an opportunity to take advantage of the holidays without some sort of plan.
From logistics, to profit mapping, to how to promote it- I got you.
From planning for days off to employee appreciation- I got you.
From making sure your location is never caught holding the bag in any way (inventory, staffing, discounts, and unexpected weather)- I got you.
Being prepared is basically my sixth sense. And with a natural knack for marketing and promotion, all I can say is this stuff works.
And I can’t wait to share it with you in this free Masterclass on Seasonal prep! Sign up to watch for free right now!

Be Grateful for Your Health
If you’re healthy, please be grateful for that. If you feel well, and physically capable most days, or all days, PLEASE be grateful for that.
Consistency Pays Off
It’s been a long long long journey of hard things, all of which I’ve handled like a champ but it’s different than feeling powerful and capable in your own flesh and bones again.
THE HIGHEST HIGHS…AND THE LOWEST LOWS
I’ve said this in conversations several times over the past week or so when coming across busy business owners who are trying to also manage life and feeling a little crazy along the way.
