START WITH JUST ONE DAY
Everything starts with a day one.
A new life path. A new career choice. A new fitness routine. A new habit. Everything has a start.
How incredible is that?
How you build foundations will help you more than you’ll ever know. I’m extremely grateful for the foundations I’ve built mentally and for this body.
My mind and body have held strong over the past 18 months of deep healing. And to this day, I am always pleasantly surprised by how strong it is, regardless of how many breaks I give it.
Remember how you feel on those day ones I was talking about? When you feel in awe? A new wave of excitement rushing over you. That’s how I feel after letting my mind and body take breaks. When I take things back, I always have that day one feeling. Joy flowing back over me.
Let yourself experience that feeling.
It’s okay if your confidence gets shaken in absence, but don’t let it diminish how great it’ll feel to be back.
Easing back into it will keep you at it and you’ll be amazed at how happy you’ll be to be back.
