Before you turn to someone else to ask about a person, think to yourself… have you actually reached out to that individual themselves to ask what you’re wondering about them? Have you asked them for an answer to your question? Have you checked in with them or tried to make plans with them?

Why do people always so quickly assume someone else knows better?

Silence goes both ways. So does contact. Think about that before you assume someone is ignoring you or doesn’t want to be involved in your life anymore.

Another thing to think about is why you’re using someone else as a topic of conversation in the first place…

Example:
Going to someone else to ask, “What’s going on with Jamie? Have you talked to her?” Yet you haven’t asked ME yourself and in reality all you’re doing is turning it around so you can feel better about the fact that you’re busy too and forgot to text or call.

Or maybe you haven’t actually thought about inviting that person over lately or including them.

Guess what? That’s okay!!! No need to play it off as if they don’t care or don’t want to be there though.

It doesn’t have to be a blame game.

I can’t tell you how many conversations I help people decipher through along these lines on a regular basis. Instead of looking at the facts, we try to play the victim and don’t even realize we’re doing it in the first place.

We create a lot of our own drama for no reason at all.

Find more important things to do with your mind.
Take responsibility for your own actions or lack thereof.
Quit talking about people behind their backs.

Start embodying the 4 agreements every day:
1. Stop making assumptions.
2. Be impeccable with your word.
3. Don’t take anything personally.
4. Always do your best.

When you quit worrying about little shit that really doesn’t matter anyway, be true, and honest and act from integrity in all that you do, the drama fades away. It no longer has power in your world and everything becomes a bit brighter.

Vibe high, my friends.
Staying in lower vibe, 3rd dimensional yuck is a choice you need to stop making.
