I journal about what I’m grateful for to attract more of those things, to attract more abundance into my life.
I journal my intentions for the day. How I will feel, what I will get done that day, how I will impact.
I write my reality. I write about the life I want, the things I want, the places I want to go, the things I want to experience, the way I want to feel or look or be. I write it as if it already is. I paint a picture of what it looks like, feels like, smells like. I get as detailed as I can.
I write my reality about each area of my life. My body. My health. My business. My family. My friends. My skin. My household. My income. My team. My clients. Everything, I include it all.
Why? Because it’s empowering. It gets me comfortable with things that I’m stretching towards, or that are outside my normal comfort zone. It allows me to BELIEVE that it’s possible.
And mainly, it sets the stage for my day.
Days when I don’t make time to write, I’m not inspired. I’m low energy, I can’t focus.
I SEE THE DIFFERENCE THIS PRACTICE MAKES.
It’s one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.
Do you write everyday? Or have a morning ritual that sets the stage for your day and life in a powerful way?
You are creating your reality ,
thats good Jamie, Im going to do it.
