Your posts don’t get tons of likes or comments. People aren’t screaming your praises all over their Facebook pages. It can be discouraging, I understand. I think we’ve all been there.

SHARE YOUR STORY. SHARE YOUR WISDOM. SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE.
EYE OPENER: This weekend I attended two large charity events to support our local first responders.
At both events I had more people than I could count come up and tell me I INSPIRE THEM and shared stories about my videos changed their way of thinking.
SAY WHAT?!? These people hold high ranks in our local departments or are truly living heroes that save lives every day and they were saying that to me? I impacted them? HOLY SHIT. Talk about feeling honored!!!
I found a part of my tribe that I didn’t even know existed.
Goes to show that even though people may not comment, like, or share what you’re putting out there, that doesn’t mean that you’re not reaching people.
