Setting ground rules within every department and LEADING BY EXAMPLE.

- Quality
- Respect
PLANNING is where it starts first.
You as a leader need to create a plan on what you want and how you want it to happen.
Remember, You can’t expect your team to operate the way you want them to if YOU’RE NOT CLEAR on it yourself.
